At Best Fireworks Stores, we source our fireworks directly from importers' warehouses, cutting out retail space costs. This means we pass the savings directly to you! We operate exclusively online, so there's no public shopping at our warehouses. For qualified orders, pickup is available once prepaid. We'll arrange pickup times after your payment is complete.
No, our pricing is based on volume sales and not individual pieces as they do in retail locations. Buying fireworks by the case in most cases is the biggest savings and helps reduce the total cost for the consumer. No warehouse pickup is available on orders less than 10 cases. Sparklers and Novelties do not require a minimum purchase other than a case.
Order fulfillment is based on when the order is placed and what warehouse it is being shipped out of or picked up from. We make every attempt to fulfill an order as placed. We do however reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value to fulfill and order and ship it in a timely manner.
Timing is everything! Orders placed in late April or early May, may be held until all available items have been pulled to fill the order. Orders placed in June before the 4th of July will have substituted items. Most online orders will not be filled if placed after June 26th in most cases useless a warehouse pickup is scheduled. Warehouse pickup may still be available on qualified orders up until the day before a fireworks holiday. Orders for New Years will get the best fulfillment if placed from October 1st to November 15th.
We cannot ship fireworks to states where they're illegal unless you have a permit for purchase, possession, and discharge. Permits are usually issued by local government bodies and are specific to the purchase and use of fireworks. Please allow at least 60 days before your event to secure a permit if needed. Always check with your state and local government agencies to ensure you can legally purchase, receive, possess, or discharge fireworks in your area.
No, shipping charges are F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and are added to your order as a flat rate. Some destinations may require additional freight charges, and we'll notify you ASAP if that's the case. For example, places like North Dakota, Montana, Florida Keys, and New Mexico may incur extra charges. If you need more details on freight charges, please contact our customer service before placing your order.
Most shipping companies require a contact telephone number to arraign for delivery. An adult signature WILL be required in all deliveries. NO EXCEPTIONS! ID may be required. It is the recipetents responsibility to inspect all delivery for damage, shortages or missing products. A delivery signature will be required in the event of any damaged, missing or products shortages. Pictures to support a claim must be submitted with a copy of the original bill of lading with documented delivery persons signature and detailed issue with the shipment within 24 hours of delivery.
When your merchandise arrives, inventory what you purchased while the delivery driver is present. If merchandis is missing, it must be documented by the driver and signed, dated and retain the original bill of lading for evidence. If merchandise arrives damage, photp's of the damaged merchandise(cell phone is fine) WILL BE REQUIRED. All claims MUST be submitted within 24 hours of the receiving time and date.
